Coconut macarons recipe | How to make coconut Macaroons

Ingredients for the coconut macarons
   
   Egg whites: 4 
   Sugar: 2 cups
   crushed coconut: 4 cups
   oil: 2 tablespoon

Directions

1. Beat egg whites till they are foamy.
2. Add sugar and keep beating.
3. Add a pinch of yellow food colour if desired.
4. Add crushed coconut and add with a wooden spoon.
5. Heat oven on 180C and brush oil on the surface of the baking tray.
6. Form round shapes of coconut mixture with a tablespoon on the tray on equal distance.
7. Bake till the macarons are golden.
