Pizza Dough
Ingredients
White flour or maida: 3 cups
Yeast: 2 teaspoon
Egg: 1
Butter: 2 ounce
Lukewarm water: ¼ cup+ 1 cup
Sugar: 2 teaspoon
Directions to make Pizza dough
1. Add warm water and sugar to the yeast and keep in a warm place. ( The yeast will be active in half an hour)
2. Add the yeast in flour.
3. Add butter and egg and knead the flour with lukewarm water.
4. Keep it covered with a cloth for ten minutes.
5. Knead it again after ten minutes without adding water and then leave for one or two hours at a warm place until the dough is doubled.
6. Roll into a round bread of ½ inches thickness. It should fit the pizza mould.
7. Cut the extra dough by pressing it over the edges of the tray.
8. Put the pizza filling on the bread.
· Garlic and ginger paste: half teaspoon
· Onion: 1 large cut in slices
· Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
· Salt: half teaspoon
· White cumin: 1 teaspoon
· Green chilies: 2-3
· Dry coriander: 2 teaspoon ground
· Green coriander: ½ cup
· Tomatoes: 2
· Oil: ½ cup
· Tomato ketchup: 3 tablespoon
· Cheese: 1 cup
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
3. Add chicken or beef cut into small pieces.
4. Add chillies and salt.
5. Add some water and cook.
6. When the meat is tender, add white cumin.
7. Spread a layer of tomato ketchup on the pizza bread.
8. Then spread the meat and roundly cut tomatoes at equal distance.
9. Spread square pieces of capsicum with tomatoes.
10. Cover the top with grated cheese.
11. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees.
