Mexican Rice Recipe

Ingredients
 Long grain white rice:1 cup
 Green bell pepper: ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced small
 Onion: ¼ cup, diced small
 Butter: 1 tbsp
 Chicken broth: 2 cups
 Tomato paste: 1, ½ tbsp
 Cumin: ¼ tsp
 Salt:3/4 tsp
 Chili powder:1 tsp

 Directions

1. Cook pepper and onion in a skillet in butter until slightly softened.
2. Add rice, and coat well with butter.
3. Add broth and other ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Let the rice absorb broth for twenty minutes on low heat.
