Fish Balls recipe | Easy Fish ball snack recipe


Ingredients:

 Fish:1/2 kg without bone
 Potatoes:250 grams
 Eggs:2
 Bread crumbs:1/4 cup
 All-purpose flour:1 ounce
 Salt and black pepper to taste
 Lemon juice: One tablespoon
 Oil for frying

Directions:

Fish balls1.  Put some salt, pepper and lemon on the fish and put it in the oven on 180 degrees (or in some water so that it is cooked in the steam).
2. Boil potatoes and mash them with a spoon.
3. Mix tendered fish with potatoes. Mix salt and pepper in it.
4. Beat two eggs and add some egg to the fish mixture for binding.
5. Shape the mixture into balls.
6. Roll the balls into flour and then wrap in beaten eggs.
7. Roll into breadcrumbs lastly and deep fry into the oil.
8. Garnish with green chillies and coriander. Serve hot in a fish-shaped dish.
