Chicken chow Mein recipe | How to make Chicken Chow Mein


Ingredients

Chicken: 4 ounce(cut into one-inch pieces)
Cabbage, carrots, onions and capsicum: 3 ounces each (cut into square pieces)
Chicken stock:3/4 cups(prepare with bones)
Noodles: 150 grams
Black pepper:  ½ teaspoon.
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Chinese salt: 2 teaspoon
Oil: ¼ cups
Chicken Chow Mein

Directions

1.Fry vegetables one by one and remove them from the pan without over frying them.
2.Fry chicken pieces. Add ¾ cup stock to cook.
3.Boil noodles in water and let them drain once they are boiled.
4.When there is little stock left in the chicken pieces, add pepper, salt, soya sauce and Chinese salt.
5. Put the noodles in water to separate them and put them in the chicken when the stock is dry. Mix it carefully without breaking the noodles.

 Note: DO NOT cover while cooking.
DO NOT put spices in the beginning or it will get too salty.
