Date and nuts cake

Ingredients
              Eggs: 3
         Bread crumbs: 4 ounces or a half cup
         Sugar: half cup
         Dates: 125 grams
         Baking powder: ½ tsp
         Walnut: 125 grams
         Ghee or shortening:3 ounce
Directions
1. Add dates, walnuts and baking powder in the bread crumbs.
2. Mix shortening and sugar.
3. Beat eggs and add to the sugar and shortening mixture.
4. Now add bread crumb mixture in the wet mixture of shortening, eggs and sugar.
5. Preheat the oven at 18o C. Put the batter in the greased cake pan and bake for 20 minutes.
