Yogurt & Roasted Grams Dip recipe
  
Ingredients:
  • Yogurt: ½ kg
  • Roasted Grams : 3 tbsp
  • Whole Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Green Coriander: 1 bunch
  • Green Chilli: 4
  • White Cumin: 1 teaspoon (Chopped)
Method:
  1. Chop grams and black pepper in a food processor or hand chopper.
  2. Chop coriander and green chilli.
  3. Beat yogurt with salt and other ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle white cumin on the raita.
