Yogurt & Roasted Grams Dip recipe
Ingredients:
- Yogurt:
½ kg
- Roasted
Grams : 3 tbsp
- Whole
Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Green
Coriander: 1 bunch
- Green
Chilli: 4
- White
Cumin: 1 teaspoon (Chopped)
Method:
- Chop
grams and black pepper in a food processor or hand chopper.
- Chop coriander and green chilli.
- Beat
yogurt with salt and other ingredients.
- Sprinkle white cumin on the raita.
