Reshmi kabobs, chicken or beef reshmi kabobs

Ingredients
·         Chicken mince: 1 kg
·         Onions: 2 chopped
·         Green coriander
·         Green chillies: 2 chopped
·         Egg: 1
·         Raw papaya: 1 tablespoon
·         Cumin (ground):1 tablespoon
·         Ginger garlic chopped: 1 tablespoon
·         Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
·         Salt: 1 teaspoon
·         Garam masala: 1 tablespoon

Directions:
1.       Mix all ingredients well and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2.        Give shape on the skewers. Cover each skewer up to 6 inches in length.
3.       Fry in hot shallow oil in a pan.
4.       Serve with sauce.
5.       To make the sauce, blend few green coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, teaspoon cumin and a cup of tamarind water.

Note:
To make beef kabobs, marinate beef mince for one hour before frying.
