Ingredients for Honey Chicken Kabobs with Vegetables
boneless chicken breast halves:8 (cut into 1-inch cubes)
cooking oil: 1/4 cup
honey:1/4 cup
soy sauce:1/4 cup
black pepper(ground):1/4 teaspoon
garlic paste:1/2 tsp
red bell peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces:2
4 to 5 small onions, cut into 2-inch pieces(You can also add mushrooms and tomatoes with onions)

Directions
1.Whisk oil, honey, garlic, pepper and soy sauce together. Save 2-3 tablespoons of marinade to brush onto kabobs later while cooking. Now add chicken and onions. Let it stay in the refrigerator for marination, at least for two hours.
2.Preheat the grill on high heat.
3. Drain extra marinade from chicken and vegetables. Thread chicken pieces and vegetables alternately on the skewers.
4.Oil the grill slightly. Place the skewers on the grill. Keep them onthe grill for 12 to 15 minutes, until the chicken gets a golden colour.
5. Brush with reserved marinade frequently and keep turning the skewers.
6. Honey Chicken Kabobs with Vegetables is ready. Serve hot.
