Ingredients
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough with some water.
Divide the dough into equal parts and make round balls of dough.
Sprinkle some dry flour on a plain surface and roll the balls into round chapattis with the rolling pin.
Put each chapatti on the griddle and cook on medium heat on both sides.

garlic cloves: 2-3
·
Pomegranate seeds( anar
dana): (ground) 3 tablespoon
·
Mint leaves: 10-15
·
Chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
·
Green coriander:
(chopped finely) as required
·
Ghee: 2 tablespoon
·
Salt to taste
