Ingredients

Boneless chicken: ½ kg
·
Salt: to taste
·
Ginger garlic (chopped): 1 tablespoon
·
Chinese salt:1 teaspoon(optional)
·
Black pepper(roughly chopped): 1 teaspoon
·
White pepper(ground): 1 teaspoon
·
Vostershire sauce:2 tablespoons
·
Bread slices: 3
·
Eggs: 2
·
Bread crumbs: as required
·
Oil for frying
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to the chicken besides bread slices and cook adding a little water.
2. Cover and cook on medium heat.
3. When the water in the chicken is dry,
remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
4. Process the cooked chicken in a
chopper.
5. Dip the bread slices in water and
squeeze well.
6. Mix with an egg and add to the
chicken mixture.
7. Form medium-sized balls with the
mixture.
8. Now beat the other egg and first dip
the balls in the egg, then roll in the bread crumbs.
9. Heat oil in the pan on a medium flame
for 3-4 minutes and fry the chicken balls.
10. Remove
from the pan when the balls are golden brown and serve with garlic sauce.
Garlic Sauce:

Chopped
garlic: 1 teaspoon

Tomato
ketchup: 3-4 tablespoon
·
Chilli
sauce: 2 tablespoon
·
Soya
sauce: 2 tablespoon
·
Red
chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
·
Oil:
1 tablespoon
Directions:
Fry the garlic in the oil for a minute and then add other ingredients.
Dip the garlic chicken balls in it or serve the sauce separately.
