Chicken in butter paper snack


Ingredients

Chicken breast: ¼ kg
Egg yolk: One
Salt: One teaspoon
Pepper: 1/2  teaspoon
Chinese salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli: 2 thinly sliced
White vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Directions

1. Cut the chicken breast in flakes. 

2. Put all spices in the chicken and one teaspoon oil.

3. Leave it for one hour.

4. Make pockets of butter paper and put 3-4 chicken flakes in each. Close the pockets with egg yolk.

5. Deep fry in oil for 5 to 8 minutes or fry in a strainer.

6. Keep small scissors in the dish while serving.
